Heavy Duty Conveying

To speed up the production cycle and to reduce the operating costs all the wheels have to spin at the same time smoothly and propel the assemble forward. Pneumatic conveying is an integrate part of the production process, and although it only shines in its later stages, it is just as important. This equipment is designed in such a way to withstand a lot of abuse and high temperatures will be dealt with without causing any damage that will later interfere with production.

In order to reduce abrasion only the most resilient materials are being used, with heavy-duty steel being the cornerstone of any pneumatic conveying system. Maximizing the life of this equipment is a top priority because when they break down the entire production cycle is brought down to a screeching halt. Maintenance is required on a regular basis, but this is just a routine procedure because steel is wear resistant and will not suffer serious damage, no matter how intense the equipment is used.

Pneumatic conveying should also be an energy effective system, and a low horsepower drive assembly will make this possible. Collection of fly ash is something that this type of equipment is particularly good at and usually these are very versatile as well, capable of handling a large variety of ash. Fitted with just one valve under each hopper and one air intake per row, the pneumatic conveying is both cohesive and functional and will rarely need any minor repairs, or cause delays in production.
